We hope you enjoy our mead, however, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us on Oliver@Wheatleysofyorkshire.com.
We always do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Mainland UK: 2-3 business days from date of shipping
Non mainland UK: 2-4 business days from date of shipping
International: We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK
Free delivery is automatically applied on all orders of £20 or more.
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
3) Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: Unless the product is found to be faulty, we will not be able to refund the original cost of postage, or the return postage. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your return.
Please note that although we take precautions, some scratches on labels is to be expected through the use of couriers. We will not be able to accept refunds for purely cosmetic reasons unless labels are unreadable and therefore the contents and product details are unclear.
Refunds will be made to the card used for purchase within 30 days of the returned items reaching the return location or partial refund being agreed.
